What is a traveling egg donor?

A traveling egg donor is a donor who travels to another city or country to complete her egg donation cycle at a selected fertility clinic. All arrangements are coordinated and fully managed by our team.

Will all my travel expenses be covered?

Yes. All travel-related expenses are fully covered, including flights, accommodation, transport, medical care, and insurance.

Do I need a passport or visa?

A valid passport is required. If a visa is needed, we will guide you through the process and assist with arrangements where applicable.

Who arranges my travel and accommodation?

We take care of everything. From booking your flights to arranging your accommodation and airport transfers, your journey is fully organized for you.

What type of accommodation will I stay in?

You will stay in a comfortable, private hotel or serviced apartment, usually located close to the fertility clinic for convenience and safety.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, in most cases you may bring a companion. Please speak to your coordinator for specific arrangements and coverage.

How long will I need to travel for?

Travel is usually required for approximately 7–14 days, depending on your treatment schedule.

What happens before I travel?

Before traveling, you will complete your medical screening, blood tests, and psychological evaluation in your home country. We ensure you are fully prepared before departure.

Will I have support while I’m abroad?

Absolutely. You will have a dedicated coordinator and access to 24/7 support throughout your journey, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported at all times.

Can I explore while I’m there?

Yes, light activities are allowed at the beginning of your stay. However, during the final stages of treatment, you will need to rest and remain close to the clinic.

What happens if my travel dates change?

Treatment timelines can sometimes shift slightly. If this happens, we will adjust all travel arrangements at no cost to you.

What happens after the egg retrieval?

The procedure is quick and minimally invasive. Most donors are able to return home within 24–48 hours, depending on medical clearance.

Will I be compensated?

Yes. You will receive generous compensation for your time and commitment, in addition to all expenses being covered.

Is my privacy protected?

Yes. Your confidentiality is a top priority, and all processes are handled with strict privacy and discretion.
